This beautiful eight-bedroom villa accommodates up to 16 guests—perfect for eight couples, several families or a group of friends traveling together. The villa is located within The Tryall Club(opens in new tab), a private resort community near Montego Bay featuring a beach club, golf, tennis, restaurants, spa services and other amenities.

Opening bid: $12,500

The winning bid includes seven nights at the villa and the services of the villa staff. The villa is available for travel from May 15 through October 31, 2027, subject to availability.
The offer expires October 31, 2027.

What to know before bidding

Guests will be responsible for:

  • Required Tryall Club resort fee: $45 per adult/day or $25 per child/day
  • Food: approximately $85 per adult/day or $45 per child/day, depending on your choice of menu selections
  • Recommended staff gratuities: approximately $50 per occupied bedroom/day
  • Airfare and airport transfers

Optional activities and purchases, such as golf, spa treatments, excursions and restaurant dining, are additional and may include service fees.

For planning purposes, if eight couples share the villa, the estimated total at the opening bid—including the bid, resort fees, estimated food and recommended gratuities—would be approximately $3,733 per couple for the week, plus airfare and airport transfers.
